Gravel Pit Field Trip
In a few weeks, we will be going on a field trip to the gravel pit to collect rocks to learn more about rock weathering and classification. I already have signed field trip forms so it is not necessary to have another one. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.

M-STEP Testing
This testing will begin the week of May 9th. Students in 4th grade take English Language Arts tests, Math tests, and Science tests. Please be looking for more information on this soon.

Mindfulness
Next year the entire school will be using a program called MindUp to help students learn to control their thoughts and feelings. 4th grade decided to pilot it this year. This week we will focus on breathing to help stay calm and focused. So take a minute to ask your student about this.
